Hi all,

I'm having a really interesting program Thursday evening, November 8 at John Deere Landscapes on Broadway in Tampa at 5:30 pm.

I'll be taking about many of the problems you inherit when you manage properties, what causes them and if there is corrective measures. It will be fun, at least for me, because you get to try and figure out the problem. It's sort of a test of skill and learning process.

You can preregister by emailing me at szcrmchz@ufl.edu. Registration gives me a head count for dinner. Yes, you get to eat and learn.

The program has been approved for 2 CEUs for LCLM, LLO, O&T and O&T and FNGLA.

Hope to see you there.
