The Produce Safety Alliance will have a grower's food safety training on March 20th at the UF/IFAS St. Johns County Extension Center Wind Mitigation Building starting at 8:30 am and ending at 5:00 pm. This is the FDA approved class that is REQUIRED for at least one person from your farm to take, if you are a grower of a covered crop. Compliance begins next January. Registration is via eventbrite or the attached form. You must register by March 13th. No onsite registrations will be accepted.
