The time is here to make your hotel reservations and register for the 52^nd annual meeting of the Aquatic Plant Management Society.  This year, the meeting is being held at the Little America Hotel in Salt Lake City, Utah. 

 

Hotel reservations can be made by calling the Little America Hotel directly at  800-437-5288.  Be sure to mention that you are part of the Aquatic Plant Management Society. 

 

Registration fees at the door will be $330.00 for a delegate and $155.00 for a guest.  The meeting registration fee for a student competing in the student paper contest (oral or poster) is waived and the registration fee for a student not competing is $75.00.  Delegate and student registration includes all technical sessions, President’s Reception, refreshment breaks, Poster Reception, and Awards Banquet.  Guest registration includes President’s Reception, refreshment breaks, Guest Tour, Poster Reception, and Awards Banquet.  Non-registered guests may purchase individual tickets for these events. 

 

Ground transportation between the Salt Lake City International Airport and the Little America Hotel is available by shuttle or taxi (12 miles).  The Express Shuttle (801-596-1600) can hold up to six passengers, will stop at up to four hotels, and costs $8 per person each way.  They have a desk inside both terminals by the baggage claim area for shuttle check-in.  Taxi service is approximately $20 one way.  Guests can “call” a cab by stepping out of the airport terminal, talking with an attendant, or running their credit card through the KIOSK.
