Changes to Sept. 19 WPS TTT View this email in your browser Newly Approved WPS Train-the-Trainer  Please note the time change! Lunch will be served. Sept. 19, 10:45am-4:00pm UF/IFAS Extension Manatee County 1303 17th St. West Palmetto, FL 34221 Registration: https://wpsttt2016.eventbrite.com The WPS program is currently undergoing several provisions. In the past, a trainer completing the WPS Train-the-Trainer course would receive a certificate that would not expire.  However, under the new provisions, EPA is developing new training materials and requiring all who were previously trained to be re-trained.  This class will meet the new requirements for Train-the-Trainer.  Attendees will receive a certificate. The Sept. 19 class will feature WPS state coordinator, Ricardo Davalos who will cover the adopted changes to the WPS program.  This is your chance to ask questions!  There is a $20 class fee. You may pay at the door with cash or check made out to "Manatee County Friends of Extension" CEUs pending approval Please contact Martha mglenn7@ufl.edu or (941)722-4524 for more information.
