Not just for Montana! | New Service Term Begins A new crop of FoodCorps AmeriCorps members began a service term earlier this month that will continue through the summer of 2014. NCAT manages FoodCorps efforts in the states of Arkansas, Iowa and Montana, with 22 members now stationed at host sites and ready to start the school year. Each member will be working to help schools serve local, healthy foods; build and tend school gardens; and educate kids about how and why to eat food grown closer to home. Read more...
