2014 Fresh Produce Pilot for Florida/Michigan Schools

Good Afternoon,

The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) issued a solicitation for request for proposals (RFPs) to supply fresh fruit and vegetables for use in the National School Lunch Program and other Federal food and nutrition assistance programs in the states of Michigan and Florida. Deliveries are to be made between January 15, 2014, and June 30, 2014.

A pre-proposal teleconference is schedule to take place on Tuesday 11/19/13 at 1:00 pm Eastern Time. The telephone number for the pre-proposal conference is 888-858-2144 and the Access Code is 2757569.

Proposals are due no later than 2:00 pm Eastern Time on Friday, December 4, 2013.
