Richmond County Government seeks the services of a qualified professional, firm, or team (Consultant) to guide the development of Green Fields Sandhills (GFS), a non-profit organization focused on regional economic development based on sustainable agriculture in Lee, Moore, and Richmond Counties, North Carolina. Richmond County will select a Consultant with proven expertise in the implementation of strategies aimed at improving regional agricultural and local food-related economic sectors, as well as significant experience in organizing multi-stakeholder groups into a cohesive whole with common goals and objectives. The Consultant must have demonstrated project management experience, including locating resources and projecting costs associated with implementing economic development strategies.
