ANYONE RAISING PEARS???
Are there any property owners in Polk/Hardee with pears for sale?
I am looking for the hard pear, known by various names such as:
hard pear, Florida/Georgia,southern,sand,pineapple,etc. They are
somewhat round, course and grainy, most suitable for cooking/canning.
Make great pies and preserves.
