District Launches New Social Media Page  

The District is now on Pinterest. The page recently launched with eight boards featuring recreational information, one of the most popular areas of the District's website. Additional boards will be added over time including topics on water conservation, educational resources and District publications.

    

Water Restrictions

District Increases Restrictions for Tampa Bay Area

The District's Governing Board enacted Phase III water restrictions this month for lawn watering, car washing and fountain use in Hillsborough, Pasco and Pinellas counties. The changes are due to below normal rainfall, reduced river levels and increasing water supply concerns.

    

Classroom Challenge

Take the Water Conservation Classroom Challenge 

Water Conservation Month is next month and a great time to teach your class about saving water. As a class, pledge to save at least 10 gallons of water per day using our online pledge and we will send you a free conservation kit.
