MOSQUITO SPECIES/Monday - UF/IFAS entomologists find two more mosquito species -- in the Homestead area -- bringing to 9 the number of new species discovered in Florida in the past decade.

 

BIG BEND SYMPOSIUM/Monday --- Residents are invited to meet scientists working on the Big Bend area and get information about the latest research in the region.

 

THE ART OF GOOD BYE/Monday – This UF/IFAS Extension program provides end of life education to families and individuals.

 

ASIAN VEGETABLES/ Wednesday - UF/IFAS researchers participated in a nationwide study that showed American growers are capable of meeting the large demand for Asian vegetables desired by Asian Americans.

·         The Bookstore will be closed on Monday, January 16th.
