FYI - Hillsborough County adopted the Fert Ordinance, however, motioned to strike the blackout period and all areas made mute by striking the ban and adopt a strong, aggressive, progressive education program involving IFAS and all available resources to get the public on board (motion carried 5-2 in favor) and a motion to perform a joint study involving USF and IFAS to provide scientific research based feedback within 3 years to show impact of ordinance (motion carreid 7-0 in favor).
