Course Instructor - G. Wade Hurt is the National Leader for Hydric Soils, and is employed by the Natural Resources Conservation Service, United States Department of Agriculture (USDA). He has expertise in hydric soil morphology and delineating hydric soils.
The Hydric Soils Short Course - Specialized Training for Wetland Specialists will be offered in 2011 during spring and fall. April 5-7 and April 26-28
2011 Fall Short Course Dates:
October 4-6 and October 25-27 - Please note, registration for the Fall short course dates will begin May 1, 2011.
RESERVE YOUR SEAT TODAY:
Enrollment is limited to 11 participants for each class on a first-come, first-served basis and registration for the April short courses is now open. Due to the highly specialized nature of this short course and the limited number of seats available, we encourage you to register as soon as possible to secure a seat. This course provides 21 hours of training and instruction, and a Certificate of Completion will be provided upon conclusion.
