USDA Hispanic & Women Farmer and Rancher Claims Process

Below are meeting locations for meetings held at the end of this month on October 29-30, 2012.  These meetings will not only discuss the USDA Hispanic and Women Farmer and Rancher Claims Process which was opened on September 24, 2012 and closes March 25, 2013, but it will also include presentations from FSA, RD, and NRCS regarding programs available to producers.

If you, or someone you know, believe the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) has improperly denied you farm loan benefits between 1981 and 2000 because you are Hispanic or female, you may be eligible to apply for compensation and should attend one of the scheduled public meetings.
