SWAT Call for Comments

SWATSmart Water Application Technologies is calling for comments on the second draft testing protocol for soil moisture sensor-based controllers for turfgrass and landscape irrigation. The SWAT initiative is a partnership between the Irrigation Association and water purveyors to promote water efficient irrigation technologies through performance testing and development of marketing materials. House Passes GOP Budget 

gavelThe U.S. House of Representatives passed Budget Committee Chairman Paul Ryan's (R-Wisc.) blueprint for the fiscal year 2012 budget, entitled the "Path to Prosperity," which seeks to reduce federal spending significantly.
