To members and supporters of the SW FL Small Farmers Network (SWFSFN) and local foodsheds in SW FL, I am pleased to share with you the following announcement of an invitation to participate in the planning of a SW Florida FOOD SUMMIT:

Description:                        This is a planning meeting for the follow-up event to the successful July Food Summit in Miami (see http://earth-learning.org/index.php?option=content&Itemid=77&task=view&id=47).  The vision of that event was to envision and design a local food system in southern Florida that is vibrant, healthy, just, sustainable and resilient.  Now they are send you an invitation for your participation to organize  a similar event for the folks of SW FL that is more accessible and local.
