Hampden, Suite 301 Englewood, CO 80110 (Application deadline is January 23, 2012)  ________ Monday, February 13, 2012 1:00 - 5:00 pm Longwood Gardens, Acer Room 1001 Longwood Road Kennett Square, PA 19348 (Workshop precedes exam, 11:00 am - noon) (Application deadline is January 30, 2012)  ________ Wednesday, February 15, 2012 8:00 am - 12:00 pm Best Western Ramkota Hotel, Casper, WY 800 N.
