JOB TITLE: Spray Supervisor

LOCATION: Southeast Region

The position will report to the Farm Manager. We are seeking a "take the initiative" candidate who adapts well to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

* Oversees the application of fertilizers and crop protection products.
* Maintains detailed records of all activities in accordance with established local, State, and Federal Food Safety regulations.
* Participate in the training and positive leadership of employees.
* Demonstrated competency in operation and basic maintenance of agricultural field equipment.

Qualifications:

* B.S. degree in Agronomy/Ag Science.
* Drivers License and good driving record.
* Familiarity with farming operation via prior employment or internship.
* Required to obtain a private applicator license.

Skills and Abilities:

* Strong interpersonal skills.
* Team player that collaborates on work in progress.
* Organized with a keen attention to detail.
* Capability to multi-task.
