The deadline for registration for the November 1st Florida Blueberry Growers Association fall meeting is next Friday October 14th. All registrations must be received by the 14th at the Bartow PO Box address. After the 14th the registration fee is $35. We need them in hand by the 14th so we can get a receipt to each pre-registered attendee. Those received after the 14th will be returned and the registration can be paid at the door.
We have a full agenda for the meeting as well as the trade show. For those of you who are vendors; setup will be the morning of the show. The building will open at 7:30 am for setup and the trade show will run from 9:00-3:00. We currently have 80 registered vendors and the list is below. Please make sure your name is on the list and if it is not contact me a.s.a.p. at firstname.lastname@example.org
A detailed agenda will be posted on our website this week. Additional registration forms can be downloaded from the website and are available now.
We are expecting over 400 to attend this meeting and pre registering will help make things go much smoother for our volunteer organization.
